1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or playing on the BeaconMC Minecraft server (play.BeaconMC.space), visiting our website (beaconmc.space), or participating in our Discord community, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Community Rules & Player Conduct

All players must adhere to our server rules outlined on our Rules Page. These rules include, but are not limited to:

• No Cheating or Hacked Clients — Any use of unapproved client modifications (x-ray, fly hacks, auto-clickers, baritone) is strictly prohibited.
• Fair Play & Respect — Harassment, hate speech, spamming, griefing, or toxicity will not be tolerated.
• Exploits & Bugs — Intentionally abusing server bugs or duping items is a bannable offense. Bugs must be reported to staff.
• Staff Decisions — The staff team reserves the right to moderate, mute, kick, or ban any player who violates community standards or disrupts the experience of others.

3. Virtual Ranks & Purchases

BeaconMC offers optional virtual ranks and perks to help cover operating costs, server hardware, and ongoing development. By purchasing a rank, you agree to the following terms:

• Digital Goods — Ranks and in-game cosmetics are intangible, digital virtual items with no real-world monetary value.
• Strict No-Refund Policy — All sales are final. Because digital goods and perks are provisioned immediately upon confirmation, payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Chargebacks & Disputes — Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or dispute will result in an immediate and permanent blacklist from the BeaconMC network and associated communities.
• Punishments & Ranks — Purchasing a rank does not exempt you from server rules. If you are banned or muted for violating rules, you will not receive a refund or compensation for any remaining perks.
• Server Resets & Maintenance — Seasons, map resets, or technical maintenance may occur to keep gameplay fresh. Ranks and perks will carry over across seasons unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Mojang & Commercial Usage Compliance

BeaconMC operates independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft Corporation, or any of their affiliates.

• Minecraft is a registered trademark of Mojang Synergies AB.
• All rank perks and store offerings are intended to comply with Mojang's Commercial Usage Guidelines and Minecraft EULA.
• Purchases made on BeaconMC go directly to supporting the server operations and hosting costs.

5. Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your Minecraft account. BeaconMC is not liable for loss of items, ranks, or access resulting from compromised accounts, shared credentials, or unauthorized access to your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All custom website designs, logos, graphics, and custom server configurations are the intellectual property of BeaconMC unless otherwise credited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

BeaconMC services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted server uptime, error-free operation, or absolute protection against data loss caused by unforeseen crashes, hardware failures, or network disruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the owners, administrators, or staff of BeaconMC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the server or website.

9. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms & Conditions at our sole discretion. Any revisions will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our network after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
